QA/QC Services
We will provide oversight and monitoring of the contractor’s QC program to ensure that it is being implemented effectively. We will conduct periodic inspections and tests to verify that the work is being performed in accordance with the project requirements.

The quality assurance source inspection starts by auditing the fabricators randomly. It will continue with sampling the raw materials used in their products and testing them in an approved Caltrans laboratory. Then the chain of custody will be monitored by tagging and releasing them to either another fabrication shop or the field, where they will be used for construction. At our QA/QC Laboratory, which is audited and approved by METS office of Caltrans, we provide high-quality testing services for a wide range of fabricated steel construction products, including rebar, headed bars, mechanical splices, strands, and welded hoops.
