Achievement Engineering Corp. and Achieveng AI (“Achieveng,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)

Applies to www.achieveng.com Applies to the Achieveng AI app (web & mobile) Applies to sign-in via Google / third-party OAuth

This Privacy Policy explains how Achievement Engineering Corp., operating its corporate website and its Achieveng AI application, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information. It applies to:

  • the Website — www.achieveng.com, including our quote request, scheduling, feedback, complaints, and careers forms; and
  • the App — Achieveng AI, our mobile and web application that provides employees of client organizations with role-based AI assistants for onboarding, product knowledge, training, and HR guidance, including sign-in through Google or another third-party identity provider.

The Website and the App are referred to together in this Policy as the "Services." Sections below are labeled Website, App, or Both to show which part of the Services they apply to. By using either Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide on the Website Website

We collect information you voluntarily submit when you:

  • Submit a Quote Request for geotechnical engineering, inspection, laboratory testing, or environmental consulting services;
  • Submit a Scheduling Request for an inspection;
  • Contact us by email (including info@achieveng.com) or phone;
  • Complete our Feedback or Complaints forms;
  • Apply for a position through our Careers page.

This may include your name, company name, job title, email, phone number, mailing address, project details, project/reference numbers, and resume/employment history.

1.2 Information Collected Through the App App

Achieveng AI is provided to you through your employer or organization. When you use the App, we and/or your organization may collect:

  • Account and authentication information — such as your name, work email address, profile photo, job title, department, and role, typically received from your organization's identity provider or via third-party sign-in (see Section 3);
  • User content and interactions — the natural-language questions, prompts, and messages you submit to the AI assistants, and the responses generated, in order to provide onboarding support, product knowledge, training modules, and HR guidance;
  • Usage and training data — such as modules completed, features used, and general activity within the App, which may be visible to your organization's administrators;
  • Device and technical data — device type, operating system, app version, and basic diagnostic/log information needed to operate and secure the App.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically on the Website Website

When you visit the Website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages visited, and standard web server log data through cookies and similar technologies.

1.4 Information from Third-Party Form Providers Website

Our Feedback form is hosted through a third-party provider (Airtable). Information submitted there is also subject to that provider's own privacy policy.

2. How Achieveng AI Processes Your Interactions App

Achieveng AI delivers role-based AI assistants for onboarding, product knowledge, training, and HR guidance. When you interact with these assistants:

  • Your prompts and the AI's responses are processed securely to generate immediate, context-specific answers relevant to your role and organization;
  • Interaction data may be retained to maintain conversation context, improve response quality, and provide records to your organization's administrators for training and compliance purposes;
  • AI-generated responses are provided for informational and training purposes only. They are not a substitute for official HR, legal, safety, or compliance determinations, and should be verified with a qualified person at your organization where the matter is important.

3. Signing In with Google or Another Provider App

To access the App, you may sign in using Google or another third-party identity provider (for example, your organization's single sign-on system) instead of creating a separate password.

  • When you do this, the provider shares with us only the information covered by the permissions ("scopes") you or your organization approve at sign-in — typically your name, work email address, and profile photo, used solely to create and authenticate your account.
  • We do not request or use this information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
  • Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs, where applicable, adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • You can revoke Achieveng AI's access to your Google or provider account at any time through that provider's account/security settings (for Google, at myaccount.google.com/permissions). Your organization's administrator may also manage or revoke this access.

4. How We Use Information Both

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Website and the App, including authenticating users and delivering role-based AI features;
  • Respond to quote requests, scheduling requests, bids, and general inquiries;
  • Deliver onboarding, product knowledge, training modules, and HR guidance through the App's AI assistants;
  • Communicate with you about your project, appointment, account, or App access;
  • Evaluate job applications;
  • Respond to feedback and complaints and improve service quality;
  • Maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of the Services, including through regular infrastructure and vulnerability assessments;
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and public-agency bidding obligations.

5. How We Share Information Both

We do not sell personal information. We may share information:

  • With your employer/organization: Usage, training-progress, and interaction data within the App may be visible to your organization's designated administrators, since the App is deployed to you through your employer.
  • With service providers: Vendors who host, secure, or support our infrastructure (including cloud hosting, authentication, and form-processing providers such as Airtable), under obligations to protect your information.
  • With identity providers: As needed to authenticate your sign-in, per Section 3.
  • For legal reasons: Where required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Achieveng, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
  • With your consent: For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection, or with your consent.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Website The Website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and analyze traffic. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect Website functionality.

App Achieveng AI does not use cookies for advertising, profiling, or behavioral analytics. All App features are designed to function without third-party tracking or behavioral-advertising tools.

7. Data Security Both

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including:

  • Encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS) across the Website and the App;
  • Access to the App restricted to authorized users through secure authentication;

  • Regular infrastructure and vulnerability assessments.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention Both

We retain personal information, including App interaction data, for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including providing the Services, supporting your organization's training and HR records, satisfying legal or contractual obligations, and resolving disputes — after which it is deleted or de-identified in accordance with our data retention practices or your organization's instructions.

9. Your Choices and Rights Both

Depending on your location and, for App users, your organization's own policies, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain communications. Employees using the App should also refer to their employer's internal policies, as some requests may need to be coordinated with your organization's administrator. To exercise these rights, contact us using Section 14 below.

10. Organization / Employer Administration App

If you access Achieveng AI through your employer or another organization, that organization may act as an administrator of your account and may be able to configure available features, view usage and training-progress data, and manage or revoke your access. Any integration between Achieveng AI and your organization's existing systems (such as identity providers or learning management platforms) is carried out in accordance with your organization's own IT and privacy policies.

11. Third-Party Links and Integrations Both

The Services may link to, or integrate with, third-party websites, identity providers, or systems that are not operated by us (for example, Google sign-in, your organization's SSO, or an embedded form provider). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.

12. Children's Privacy Both

The Services are intended for business use by working adults and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
